Every great career starts somewhere. Mine began at the front lines — managing customer relationships at a Telenor franchise, where I quickly discovered that operations run on data, patterns, and process. While others saw customer service, I saw systems. While others handled transactions, I started tracking them for patterns and inefficiencies.

Early recognition from leadership wasn't just acknowledgment — it was an opportunity. Management noticed the structured thinking, the attention to numbers, and the instinct for operational improvement. Within months of starting, I was offered a transition into the Accounts & Finance division. A rare move for someone without a traditional finance background — but earned through demonstrated ability.

Starting from first principles, I immersed myself in accounting systems, financial operations, and reporting frameworks. No shortcuts. No background — just structured, disciplined learning applied directly to real operations. I built expertise the right way: by doing the work, solving real problems, and asking the right questions. This phase was the foundation of everything that followed.

Once the foundation was solid, the next phase was improvement. I identified outdated manual workflows, redundant processes, and reporting inefficiencies that were consuming time without adding value. Instead of accepting them, I rebuilt them. Reporting systems were modernized. Manual workflows were streamlined. The finance operation became cleaner, faster, and more accurate — directly because of deliberate structural changes.

Over three and a half years, the expertise compounded. Financial reporting, accounts management, operational finance, and workflow design became second nature. This wasn't just experience — it was mastery built through consistency, iteration, and a commitment to doing things right. The kind of expertise that only comes from showing up every day and solving real problems.
